NEED Help! Post Graduation Work Permit Application!

Hi, I have 3 questions concerning the application.

1. My study permit and off-campus work permit say ''valid until 30 Mar 2013". And I submitted my application for post graduation work permit on Mar 30. I heard that I can submit the application even on the very last day. Is that true?

2. Due to the technical difficulty of the MyCIC system, I was not able to submit my application online. But I heard that the time the post office receives my package is considered as the time I submit the application. Is that true?

3. My adviser of university told me that:

"Implied status: Students who have completed their studies and have submitted an application for a Post- Graduation Work Permit, when they are in possession of a valid study permit and a valid Off-Campus Work Permit, may continue to work off-campus until a decision on their application has been made."

If the two questions above are all "yes", I think I can work off-campus until a decision has made. But in case I paid an additional $200 for restoration. So if I was considered to submit the application with invalid status, is the restoration ok for me to work off-campus legally?

Thanks.

Yes as long as you have the post office stamp on the application you are fine. And yes you have now implied status until a decision is made. I am in a similar situation (my study and work permits expire at the end of April) and called CIC to make sure everything was ok.
