I have one query that I am applying for Canada study permit. Bt currently I am living in newzealand on work visa. I have Indian passport. I came in nz in Dec 2016. I heard that if we apply from other country than home country. Cic can refused visa saying that immigration status in current country of residence. Recently I completed my graduate diploma in information technology in newzealand. Currently m doing job but not relevant to my study. Plz guide me how can I clarify the my immigration status and ties of current country of residence. In my sop I mentioned that after completing my study I will go back to India to support my parents. However I saw lot of profile got rejection due to status in current country of residence.
So plz suggest me what documents should I attached to proof strong ties to both countries such as country of residence and citizenship.
