need some help from you guys

i got my nomination from sinp sep 2014 then i applied PR under provincial category ,

month of feb 2015 i got my file no and medical. it looks my pr will granted soon .

but my work permit will be expire end of December 2015. if i don't receive my PR before December 2015 then i have to extend my work permit. As i have letter from sinp called work permit supporting letter it means i can extend my work permit without LMIA but from 21 february 2015 there is new law that employer have to fill IMM5802E and have to pay $250.

my question :
where my employer have to send the form which address ,
if my work permit expire December 2015 when is the ideal time to send the form,
is there any approve or declined issue about this form or this this just formality

Read through the form first (IMM 5802E). If you had read through it you will see at the end of the form is a "Submit by Email" button that will leave a draft email in the default email mailbox or mail application. If you had done this - then check the draft mail - the email address where to send it is shown as - OfferofEmployment-Offredemploi@cic.gc.ca

Your employer can just send it via email. As of now, there is no other listed way in CIC Web to send this IMM 5802E aside from via email.

Scan through CIC forms first - most questions are answered by information inside the forms.

The ideal time to apply for an extension is BEFORE the expiry of your current WP. And before you apply for an extension, this form and payment needs to be completed and sent by your employer first.

is there any approve or declined issue about this form or this this just formality

Too early to tell - this (new regulations) is just a few months old, so few are posts regarding this, so no observation has been done to establish a pattern for this.

What LMIA? Did you not mention in your first post you will extend your WP without LMIA? See your post below:

So why are you waiting for an LMIA?

Direct submission of offer of employment from the employer
Employers must submit their offer of employment using the electronic system that CIC provides for submission and pay the fee electronically prior to the submission of a work permit application based on the offer. There will be three parts to this process for the employer.

1. Pay the employer compliance fee using the Pay Your Fees page.
2. Once they have received a receipt number, they must complete the Offer of Employment to a Foreign National Exempt from a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) form [IMM 5802 (PDF, 1.18 MB)].

On completion of the IMM 5802 form, the employer will submit the form electronically by choosing the “Submit” button and following the steps for choosing their preferred email application. This will populate the email with the correct information and attach the offer of employment for direct submission to CIC.

Note: This form replaces the job offer letter previously required to support LMIA-exempt work permit applications from foreign nationals.

1. The employer must then provide a copy of the completed IMM 5802 form to their foreign worker for inclusion with the work permit application.

That should explain the new process. After the third step (....The employer must then provide a copy of the completed IMM 5802 form to their foreign worker for inclusion...) - there is nothing indicated in the OP that the applicant needs to wait for in order to submit the WP application.

Further more - again in the OP:

The requirement for the employer to submit their documents and pay the fee in advance is not one of the R10 requirements and therefore if these two requirements are missing, the application is refused and not returned.

So what should be additionally included (as per new regulations) in your WP application (among other supporting documentation) will be
- a copy of the completed/signed/submitted IMM 5802E
- and a copy of the receipt of payment of the employer compliance fee ($230).

Now, IMHO, so as to provide proof that the IMM 5802E has been electronically submitted - ask your employer if a receipt/acknowledgement email was sent back after submission. Get a copy of that acknowledgement email (if there is one), and include that in your WP application.

You will get your PR before DEC 2015 ;D

December is a long way off and I think that with the AOR you can apply for an BOWP as long as the province says there are no work restrictions on your employment (usually just have to get a letter from them stating this) If you have an AOR and are applying for a BOWP then you don't need your employer to do anything.

I don't know why you would start to worry about putting in for another WP yet. In many cases they won't even issue you a new WP if your current one has more than 3 months left on it.

Just sit back and wait a few months and don't start looking into a new WP and the process until October. The way things change all the time with CIC the process to get a WP could change between now and then and any time you spend getting information now would be wasted.

Oh thats right. I am June 2014 applicant and my work expiring in June 2015 but I got PPR.... ;D 8)

Ask your employer - electronic submissions to CIC normally have an acknowledgement email sent back.
