NEED HELP PLEASE

My wife received PPR on June 8, She submitted her passport on June 20 to Islamabad VFS which goes to High Commision of Canada. She came from Afghanistan so she had to get a Pakistani Visa. Now it's been about 2 weeks still no sign of her passport coming back. She has 2 more weeks until her pakistan visa expires. And even if it does she doesn't have her passport.... who can I contact now...... please help.....

Hi there, sorry I don´t know about this, but don´t wait, just call either CIC contact center (the phone number is on their website), or the appropiate consulate.

It generally takes at least a few weeks to get the passport back. You can send a CSE to the Islamabad VO with proof of her Pakistani visa expiry.
