What happend if your application passes the processing time that is indicated on the immigration site and still no answer on your sponsorship case??? The application passed the processing time shown online but no decision made it. Please help and thank you.

I think that their objective is to have 80% of the cases processed within that timeframe. Cases vary in complexity, and and there could be other factors at play as well.

There's no guarantee it will be processed in that time, but now you can go to your MP and try to find out what's going on with it. Order notes as well.

The MP says they are allowed to send email to the immigration every 3 months. The last email they send was in February. I think they got too irritated with us. But thank you so much for your advises

They are giving you the run around. There's no rule they are only allowed to inquire every 3 months, might be a guideline at the most. I would suggest trying again and this time being a lot more assertive.
