Need help please about LMO

Hi i am planning to apply lmo within few days.
Recently, my advertising is on going, but today manager told me that it's so busy working so we hired a new person in same position.

In this situation, my advertising and Lmo processng is still possible?

please give me advise~ Thank you

If I got you correctly.. they hired someone else over you, is that right? You should have thought about that earlier and try and get any kind of written evidence that they want to employ you. If you don't have that, just hope that they will still take you and apply for the LMO and all.
