Need Help - Planning to Land by Bus this Saturday

Hello,

I would really appreciate if someone who has experience landing by bus help me.

I am planning to take Go train from Union Station to Burlington GO and then another bus from Burlington Go to Niagara Falls Go Station. I would be leaving at arounf 8 am so that i can reach there before noon.

When I reach Niagara I think I'll have to take a cab right to get to the US border? It isn't too far right? I dont wanna pay like more than 50$ on cab. And is it gonna be like extremely crowded before noon on saturday?

so I go to the US border by cab and then ask the US border agent that I need adminitrative refusal paper for my Canadian Immigration landing and then come back with the paper to Canadian border and thats it?

Is there anything else I should be aware of? I will take my pay stubs, bank statement, landing paper and passport........this is all i need right?

You don't need a cab to the US side. when u get to the bridge just walk down to the US side.probably about 7mins walk and enter the US immigration office for the admin refusal.

Hi,

The cab cost from the point where the bus drops you off and the rainbow bridge will be around 15$. You need to get off near the Hershey Store and walk to the US side.

I did my landing on a Saturday afternoon and the wait time was around 2 hours since it was bit crowded. It all depends...may be u might be lucky and you might not have wait time at all....

does the GO bus driver know where hersheys store is? is it near one of the GO bus stop? So it means I shouldn't go all the way to Niagara GO station? I have to stop before that somewhere?

Go has two stops in Niagara. I think the first one is closer to Rainbow bridge. Get off there and take a cab to rainbow bridge. Walk across to the US side, tell them you are flagpoling, get admin refusal, walk back to Canada and land.

Never mind the Hershey's store.

Isn't there a Go Train to Niagara, would it make any difference?
Service starts next weekend...if it's a better option, why don't you wait for it? I personally would rather take the train.

Sorry...i meant from the Go station to the hersheys store near rainbow bridge By cab its just 5 min travel.

I didn't go last weekend because of exams.

I will next weekend for sure
