Need Help - PGWP for International Student

Hi,

I was Charged for DUI in April 2020 and as per my lawyer I will receive a Conditional discharge for dangerous driving in March 2021. However I am on my Study Permit now which will expire on March 31st 2021. I have finished my education in Dec 2020 and yet to apply for PGWP.

could somebody here help me with the situation whether my PGWP will be approved or do i need to wait until I get my Conditional discharge papers.
Will I be able to get the PGWP in first place.

Your application will be put on hold until you can prove that you got a conditional discharge or other sentencing. Pretty obvious but what you did was extremely stupid and luckily it sounds like you didn't harm anyone else.

Yes, Nobody were harmed and that is the main reason I am getting a Conditional discharge.
Thankyou for your reply once again and is there any chance that I can apply for my PGWP once i receive my Conditional discharge? Since I have 180 days to file my PGWP once i get my final transcript?
