Need help.. Permanent address in IMM0008 form should be same as on passport?

Hi All,

I am little confused, I do not reside any more at the address which is mentioned on my passport and we have sold that flat. From past 2 years I am residing at different place in same city. Is fine if I mention mailing and residence address same which is the place where I am currently residing?

Any leads would be appreciated !

The address listed in your passport has nothing to do with anything.
