Hi there,
I have got the acknowledgement from OOPNP today. I had to update the following information in my file with OOPNP and I was waiting for the AOR to come. The updates are -
- Apology letter for relieving letter dates (there is a misprint in my job relieving letter, it was supposed to be 2013 instead of 2012)
- Change of Address
- Work permit copy (Since I got work permit just a week ago)
- New Ielts score

So, how should I notify OOPNP about these updates? An email would be enough including my OOPNP file number or do I have to send these by regular mail?

Please guyz, need your opinion....

Thanks..

Send a mail quoting your AOR to ontarionominee@ontario.ca

Recommend that you merge all these documents into a single PDF and have a short LOE as the covering note as well.

Dear Asivad,
Just one more query I have. As I mentioned that there was a misprint in my job relieving letter that the year was misprinted to be 2012 instead of 2013. So, will it be sufficient to explain this in the LOE, can they refuse my application solely on its basis? Because everywhere else the dates of my work experience are correct.
Thanks

They won't take your word for this. You'll have to point out that this was a typo and either obtain a replacement letter with the right information or point out other official documents submitted as part of your application which mention the right year and build your case.

I do have the new reliving letter with corrected dates. So, should I mail them the letter or can I scan and email the letter to them?
All the other work exp docs like Experience letter, Job offer letter and salary certificate have the correct dates which I have already been submitted to them with my application.
thanks

Send the revised letter as PDF and mail it along with other documents. Ask them in the mail if they want a physical copy as well.
