Need Help- Online TRV applicaiton -Delhi consulate

Hi, I applied for my mother's visitor visa online on March 22nd. Her first application was rejected on March 19th. I have not heard since then. I see online processing time for TRV application at Delhi is 3 days. I sent email listed on the website ,but no response. Does anyone know if there are any delays at Delhi office in processing visa applications? Is there any other way to get the response?
Also my mother lives in small village in Maharashtra. If visa is granted, will she have to go to VFS office in Mumbai or can she send her passport to Delhi also?

Hi, if you have reapplied with exactly the same documents without correcting the reasons of the refusal it will probably be refused again. It doesnt matter how u apply. And if by any chance the request would be granted they would tell you where to send the passport, you have to wait until they answer you. Goodluck!

Thank you for the reply! I have applied with some additional supporting documents which I did not provide initially. So hoping they will not reject it this time.
Is Delhi consulate response slower than the processing time listed on the website? Any other experiences?
