I applied my TRV on May 11th. The regular processing time should be around two weeks, and it should start as CIC receive my application, right?
But the application status still shows open. Is that means they don't process it at all?
And the biggest question is there is no people I can contact with. I emailed CIC first, and it said it takes time to respond you. OK. Then, I call the Visa Office in China, the answer is they don't know nothing about the Online Application, and it goes very different way so you can't have any info from them. Well. So I call the consulate, no info can be told.
I plan to attend my son's ceremony on June 11th. It is anxious I don't receive any info.
My questions are:
Is there any people has same experience as mine? And the result or any advise?
Is there a place I can contact to answer the question about the Online Application?
