Friends, I am working as a s/w engineer here in USA and planning to visit Canada with my wife this month. I am working here in USA on working visa which is valid for one more year . We have some relatives in Canada so we are visiting them . Now I have few doubts if you can help would be appreciated :
1. Is it a must to send documents through post to Canada embassy or we can directly go for interview ? ( Newyork is near to my place).
I am little scared in sending documents by post as they are original passports with my US visa on it , if it get lost then... you can
understand . So I am confused.
2. I have been staying here in US for around 2 years but don't have fund at all at my account as I have invested all my savings in India. so should I just go ahead and apply for visitor visa using what ever small fund I have ? or should I ask for invitation letter from my relatives and their bank statements ? would their invitation letter and bank statements be enough ? Do they need to specifically fill up some sponser document ( something like the common law document ) ?
3. We are planning for a multiple entry visa . it shouldn't have any negative impact on the approval in my case , isn't it ?
4. What all documents would you recommend for me to submit for sure ?
Would appreciate your response by heart ,
Thanks,
Viki
