Need help on study permit re application

Hello Friends,

Need your help on my study visa application.

I m inside canada with my wife on visit visa and applied for study permit for 2yr course which got rejected due to below reasons :

Applied on 10th oct and rejection letter dated was 18th Oct ( within a week got rejection )

1.Purpose of visit
2.Family ties in home country and canada ( my brother in canada on PR but my and my wife's rest family in home country )
3.Travel history ( I hav travlled to most of south asian countries and Australia and holding valid USA visitors visa )
4. your current employment situation ( I was working with MNC company since last 8 yrs but due to my education was not getting promotion hence left job 3 months back )
5.Your personal asset and financial status ( I have approx 50,000 $ in my own acc and also flat on my name in home country )

any one can guide me to re apply . or help me with SOP sample which can help me.

It will be great help friends...

Hi Brother,

I have got the admission for Global business management course for 2 yrs at centennial college. start date is 7th jan 2015.

I came as tourist with my wife.

I am Bcom ( graduate 15 years of eduction from india ) and was working with MNC company for last 8yrs no gap between my studies and work.

My lawyer told me if we ask for details of rejection reason that will take 4 weeks and by the time it reach to use we wl be short of time for reapplication. so he told me to prepare strong SOP to defend rejection reason and repply online at LA again .


Now i have paid full one year tuition fees and going to make strong SOP .

So last option is to apply and try luck one more time.

Pls guide if i am missing somewhere.

Awaiting guidance from seniors.................

diploma or post grad diploma ?
please provide full details ur earlier grades etc....

i did bcom fom india

current course is also gradute course for 2 yrs but rejection was not due to course mis match
