Need help on spousal visa

I have compleated my medical examination and got the status as medical approved In the online application.All other than medical are showing the status as reviewing the documents and the application is in process.
How long it will take to get the visa after the medical approval.

Its not unusual not to hear from IRCC for months after medical exam........the next step will be completion of eligibility assessment and background check which takes a while........so it good to assume spousal sponsorship process completion takes 12 months......which could help reduce your waiting stress.........relax.........its a wait game.
