I am May'10 applicant of NDVO. I received MR last week. I have some doubts. Seniors please help.
1. How will I send medical report and other documents requested in the letter ? I did not see any mailing address in the letter. It says to contact VFS for someone in India for sending passports. But, I am in the USA now. How will I send the documents ?
2. as I cannot send my passport from USA, can I wait for my status to be DM and visit Canadian Embassy at New Delhi for visa stamping ? Do they do it in a single day or is it mandatory to send passports via mail along with medical reports.
3. In the medical request letter it is written that "Finally, you are required to provide the following, if they have not already been submitted.". Document list includes Police Clearance Certificate, Proof of Available Funds. I have already sent these to NDVO along with complete document set in Jan'11. Do I need to send these again ?
4. IMM 0008 Schedule 3 form asks for ECA Report (Educational Credential Assessment) to be submitted. When I applied for the PR in 2010, there was no such requirement. Do I need to submit the ECA report now ?
5. Same form also asks for proof of English language proficiency. I have already submitted my original IELTS report along with complete document set in Jan'11. Do I have to submit it again ?
