Need help on express entry when you already have visitor visa

Hello frnds my wife ‘s express entry score is 466 and we already have visitor visa and given all details to IRCC when applied for visitor visa.
Now I have saved the visitor visa form when we applied it, now when I open that form I was shocked to see there were 2 forms in that folder.
One which says my wife is working from 2007.
Second which says she is working from 2011.

This is a mistake which is done by my travel agent and now that has become headache for me, what should I write in my express entry profile 2007 or 2011, in reality she is working from 2007.

CAN ANY ONE TELL ME HOW CAN I GET MY VISITOR VISA FORM FROM CANADIAN GOVERNMENT ?????

OR WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW ???

Pretty obvious answer that you must write the truth in your EE profile.

Request a copy from the travel agent.

He said we don’t have ur visa form due to some problem in there computer.
