1. If you withdraw, your removal order becomes effective and you have to leave within 30 days or it turns into a deportation order.
2. If you withdraw, you can't claim refugee status again.

No I wasent given a removal order but a voluntary depature and retained my previous valid status valid for 2months. Ok how about reistating the withdrawn claim because it says on the law website that it's possible? But I don't know if it's the same as the re-claiming.

If you made a refugee claim without any criminality being determined you would be issued a departure order. The departure order is a removal order which becomes enforceable at a specific time if you are found not to be a refugee, withdraw or abandon the refugee claim.

If you do not depart Canada, confirming your departure in front of an officer, within 30 days of the order coming into force that order becomes a deportation order.

If you withdraw your claim and feel that was an error you would need to request that the claim be re-opened through the immigration refugee board. If they agree then the original claim might be allowed to proceed.
