I have studied full time in Canada from 2008 - 2010. I also hold US Visitor for until 2020 and have traveled to US two times. I applied for Canada TRV with my wife and 1 year old son but they rejected all three of us without mentioning any reason in the refusal letter.

Now i want to apply for Canada TRV under CAN+ just for myself. I want to the exact documents required to support my application. After answering few questions on their website's Come to Canada tool it generated a document checklist which does not ask for Financial Support or Letter of explanation documents. I want know that should i attache them or not? I am planning to apply ONLINE.

One last most important question is that WHAT ARE THE CHANCES?

Hi,

IRCC must have ticked the refusal reasons

CAN+ only helps to expedite processing a TRV application.

Some applicants have been lucky to get TRVs (under CAN+) without any supporting documents..... i.e. just on the strength of their previous US/Canada visits.

As you have already been refused once, why take a risk by not submitting evidence for your financial situation + strong ties to your home country?

If you're applying online, you must scan the entry stamp for the US + US B1/B2 visa.... and clearly state in the Covering Letter that you are applying under CAN+

If you're not in a hurry to visit Canada then you can order GCMS Notes to understand why you were refused earlier.... so that you can address these refusal reasons.

What are the chances?
It depends on your purpose/length of visit + strong ties to your home country + your financial situation

Cheers
