Need help - OINP Tech draw invitation

Hi all!

I have a question that may seem obvious but I would just like confirmation.

Today I received an invitation under the OINP Tech draw.

I have 11 months and 3 weeks of experience currently in the Tech NOC I was invited in, and 6 months of work experience in another NOC.
All of this work experience was done in Canada, so I would fall under CEC.

According to the HCP page on the OINP website, it says the following:

Under the Canadian Experience Class, you must have:

• at least one year of cumulative paid full-time work experience (or the equivalent in paid part-time work) in Canada in TEER Category 0, 1, 2 or 3 of the NOC

Your work experience must have been:

• obtained within the last three years from the date of submitting your application to the OINP
• in one or more of the occupations that you identified in your Express Entry profile
• in Canada while maintaining legal status in Canada

Cumulative means:

• the work you’ve done must add up to one year – it does not have to be one year of continuous work

If I've read this currently, even though I have 11 months and 3 weeks of experience in the target NOC (and not 1 year exactly), would be other 6 months of experience in Canada make up for this, thus making me eligible to apply for this OINP HCP nomination?
