I am planning apply PR under CEC category in Aug 2012 first week , I completed 2 years in Canada. While gathering the documents I got a few significant issues about NOC code/ Employment Letter etc...
I have gone thought forums and I gain good insight about application process.
Could you please answer below mentioned queries and Concerns
NOC code issue
My WP -1 has occupation as “Embedded Software designer” which belong to NOC 2173 (skill A)
My WP- 2 and 3 have occupation as “Software computer system Evaluators” NOC 2283(skill B)
I called CIC call center to check my NOC code, they told me that my 1 st Work permit Occupation code is 9990.5(I don't what it means) & 2 nd and 3 rd Work permit NOC Code is 2283.
Could you please let me know about my 1st work permit NOC code and suggest me which NOC code do i need use to apply PR.
My all roles and responsibilities will suites to NOC 2171 (Skill A)- Software QA analyst and NOC 2283(Skill B)- Test Analyst
Please guide me, what is proper NOC code do you want me choose applying PR.
Employment Letter
• I have Visa /Work permit extension letters from HR
o Visa Extension letter from HR – (Includes Job Title, Job Description and working hours as 40 Hours /weeks)
o WP Extension letter from HR (Includes Job Title, Job Description )
o I have 27 months ADP paysilps ,T4 (2010,2011),NOA (2010,2011)
NOA (I ordered forms by calling call center, but it has all details, it does not say it NOA)
I can get Supervisor letter from one of my friend who is working in same company, but it's not on Company letter head. I am planning to get it notarized...
Will it be sufficient to make positive decision on my PR application?
Notice of assessment clarification
I have NOA for 2010, i dint get my NOA 2011, I called call center and order my NOA 2010 & 2011 , it has all details, but it does not mentioned anywhere on form says as NOA
Will it be fine?
Birth Certificates issue
My Date of Birth was not registered when I was born. Now I followed necessary legal process to get my Birth Certificate, but the Birth Certificate certificate issue date and registration date is 30-June-2012.
Is it fine? Do I need write any covering letter to explain the scenario?
IELTS Score
I got IELTS Score mentioned below. Hope the score will be fine to apply PR under Skill O, A and B.
Listening – 6.5 –CLB 7
Reading – 6 - CLB 7
Writing – 6.5 –CLB 8
Speaking -6.5 –CLB 8
Please confirm.
