Need Help - Middle name discrepancy

Hello Friends. Need your advise

Very India specific problem, we Indians love to add extra things to our names

Kamlaben
Roshanlal etc etc..

So, in my case, for my dad's name there are descripancies like,

In my name in the passport
There is no middle name:
Firstname lastname

However in my wife's passport I have middle name
Spouse name = firstname Roshanlal lastname

And in my son's passport it is
Father's name =
Firstname Roshan lastname

On my education documents middlename is there :
Firstname Roshan lastname

Is this going to be a problem?

Should I submit one and the same person certificate or leave it as is?

If it needs to be submitted, where should I upliad in which section?

Get an affidavit from a Notary for the same name and declare under Personal details in your profile

I X Z, an Indian Citizen residing at A stating on an solemn affirmation which is as under:

That by birth my name was X Y Z
First name: X
Middle name: Y
Surname name: Z

That my passport (no) has my name as X Z

That X Z and X Y Z are the names of the same person.

Whatever is stated herein above is true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief.
