really need advise.. my timeline is below :
October 3, 2012 -case was forwarded to Delhi Immigration by Canadian Embassy.
November 3, 2011- A letter was sent by delhi embassy that requested for the submission of my husband's passport.
Jan 21, 2012 -letter sent by you asked asking my husband for my divorce petition and our original marriage certificate.
June 21, 2012- Asked for my husband's finger prints
Website status – processing started on March 7, 2012.
we contacted our local MP here in canada after my husband's finger prints and they told us that we will receive some sort of letter before september 18,2012 but we received nothing . now they have given us another date of october 17,2012 that we will hear something before that .
i am a canadian citizen and we both got married in caanada itself. after out marriage we both went to india and i returned after that and i have already visited him twice andi have lived there with him for 4 months each time . is there anyone who is on the same track or could help me out with it please... why is it taking this long ??????????????????
