I applied Officer notes for my friend whose spouse open work permit got refuse in May 2020. I received the officer Notes in within approximately 25 days.
However the notes are not properly explained in the way they usually are. Usually they are more clear but in his notes what they explained is very confusing.
It says:
"Decision rendered by officer prior to reviewing match results. Biographic response received and purged / Decision rendue par l'agent avant l'examen des resultats de correspondance. Les donnees biographiques envoyees ont ete recues et supprimees."
Can someone please help us understand what the officer meant by the statement mentioned above?
