Need help in PR process of CEC inland/ Out land

Hi, Everyone!

I Received my ITA on Feb 14th, 2021,
Medicals- I have given my medicals on Feb 24th, I didn't receive any update, as it will be directly sent immigration
PCC- waiting for the document( expecting this week) - Applied on Feb 23rd.
Application - not submitted

My current status- on Work permit valid until Oct 2021.
Here is my situation I need to visit India(urgency) for 3-4 months.
can I travel to india? ( after I drop my application)
After I submit my application when I can expect Biometrics and Can I submit biometrics from India( is it open in India now?) or should I wait until I submit biometrics in Canada.
And what are the other steps and processing times?
Am I missing anything?

Can I travel now or I will be at risk on my re-enter to Canada?

Need Advice/ any suggestion

I cannot comment on the travel part, but i can surely tell that bio-metrics are now open in India. Moreover, if you are already in Canada with a WP, I would think that you must have submitted biometrics previously for your existing visa, which means you need not re-submit them for PR.

to my knowledge, Work Permit holders are allowed to enter Canada as of now, the situation may or may not change in future.

Thanks for the reply, yes I am on work permit but mine is Post graduation work permit so I didn’t submit my biometrics previously.
