need help in HCCP Payroll issue

My employer missed paying 2 stat holiday, they are willing to pay me in cash though, but they already paid taxes to CRA in the first quarter. Any idea how to make up to the owing amount if they pay me the stat pay on cash?

Why they just pay you that in the next regular payment, that way it will capture any deductions.

I am HCCP WORKER IN Canada and my experience is going to be complete in September because of new rule of six month, I want to ask from you that after six months , when I apply PR, how much time I should work with same employer, or can I change the employer and If I change employer, will it work on PR process.

You shouldn't change your employer after submitting your proof of work experience. I Think is safer to do it after you get your Bridge Open Work Permit.

Is possible also that you receive instructions to apply for a restricted work permit. You can change employer after that. Don't resign without getting your reference letter of course

Your situation is like mine so I think you should wait until Feb 2025 for getting your T4 and NOA of 2024 to be able to upload your documents of your 6 months work.
