Need Help in finding my existing EE application

Hi,

I have got my EE profile submitted via agent and he gave me the Express entry profile number starting with letter "E". First of all, is this my application number? if yes then how can I check if my application is there in the pool. I am trying to search an existing application using application number and other details but it says no application found. can any one help, guide me on how to find my application?

Yes, that's the application number.
If you are checking your application number on ECAS and it says application not found, it's normal if you don't have an ITA or PER yet.
Only way is to ask for the GC Key from your agent.

Ya that is what my agent told me that only when ITA is received, the application can be searchable. I just want to make sure of any foul play.
Also, right now he just sent me the pdf file generated after submitting Express entry profile. It has Express Entry Profile number and job seeker validation number but my agent says these are not the application number. The application number is received after ITA is issued. Is he telling correctly?

your consultant made your profile by using his own cic online password thing. All consultants has issued their separate cic login to apply for their customers
