my tuition fees for flying training in Canada is $39600...
i chose to pursue my training at brampton flight center, Caledon, ON, and is a one year program..
how much money should I show for POF?
can I show my dad's retirement pension fund yet to be awarded?
can I show our present property details?

You should be able to show around $55K.

No - you can't use your dad's retirement pension fund since these funds aren't available. No - can't use property.
