Need help in filing dependent visa

Hi all,

Pls help me.
I have got students visa approved for 2years masters program, initially I planned to go alone, so I have applied visa only for me but now my wife and 2years old son want to come along with me.

Got my visa stamped, is it possible to apply for dependent visa for my wife and son now itself.

If so how to do it ?
I have search so many links no where clear detail is provided.

Should I apply seperate application for my wife and 2years old son.
Or a single file enough?

What is the processing time?
Any consultant in Chennai for dependent visa. Spoke to almost all, every one gives different processing time..

There is a financial burden to study in Canada. Adding family would make it worse. The recommended path is to settle yourself here for a year and then assess the situation to bring family here.
