Need help in express entry

Hi everyone,
Can I put no to the question ' is your spouse accompanying ?
My spouse is here in Canada on open work permit along with me. But we got end of this month for status expired.
I mean if I say no to spouse accompanying; I got more points than accompanying spouse?

Any suggestions please ?
