How many names do you have? like first name, middle names and last name? try to enter last 2 names or first names one by one, like my name is xyz xyzx xyzxx zy , in this case i'll enter only last 2 names..
Other, be carefull with country of birth, immigration file number, usually "B" is in capital and recheck all informations, File number shouldn't have any space between. Then try again, i'm sure you will get result. I was doing mistake since 3 month and after help of one senior member here, i got what was the error, error was, i was trying to enter all my 4 names, or first 2 names. Hope this will work. Good luck
