I am a married person. My wife is applying for a student visa so I choose "married but spouse not accompanying" option while creating my profile.

Is it fine or will it create any problem later on?

Anyone who has applied in the same way?

Is the accompanying option makes your CRS too low? If not you can apply as such. This will not impede in anyway with the student visa.

More than the CRS score, it is the thought that she won't be here at the time of PR processing and application submission. Also if not needed, I don't want to include her in the process.

There is no way you can't include her in your process. You are married and you have to mention it. It does not matter if she is not with you during the PR process, it has no bearing on it. If you are travelling somewhere after submitting your PR application, you are pretty much free to do so. I would still say apply as accompanying, as it will be easy for you in the future.
