Need help in choosing NOC

Hi All,

I am about to initiate my Express entry process. I have a 10 years experience in IT which includes work experience in two reputed organisations.
My designations are as follows
1. Systems Engineer
2.Senior Systems Engineer
3.Senior Technical Member Staff
4. Project Lead.
Earlier I decided to go with NOC 2174 but now I get a confusion in choosing my NOC.

In my first company , my duties are more related to NOC 2173
In my second company, my duties are more related to NOC 2174.

Though there is only negligible mismatch in the duties, I am bit worried about choosing the right NOC.

If in case I have chosen a wrong NOC among NOC 2173, NOC 2174, will it have any negative impact on my application?

Could anyone of you help me in choosing an appropriate NOC?.

Job Title
Description Of Your Main Duties
Education and Work Experience required by Your Employer for Entry into the Occupation
Type of Establishment in which Your Work Is Performed

You will have to compare these NOCs against the letters you have received from your companies. The one matching more is your NOC. There is no harm in choosing multiple NOCs ! The rule of thumb is choose the one that matches your letter.
