Hello,
I am fairly new to this forum.I need help in filing out the PR forms..PLEASE HELP............

>Category in which you are applying?I am on H1 here in USA.I guess I should answer Skilled worker right?

>What should I answer to the question:::Where do you intend to live in canada?

>I should be using REGULAR Process right for my application?

>Do we need to send the Police clearance certificate with the application? If yes,I am from India, how can I obtain those?

Start by taking the online assessment to see if you qualify as a skilled worker.

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/assess/index.asp

If you qualify, then start reading the instructions for skilled worker.

Hello Mahek,

Ans1)Apply under Federal Skilled worker program

Ans2)If you have a place in mind you can write that or any place is fine it is totally upto you.

Ans3)Yes, it will be under regular application process.

Ans4)Yes, per checklist u need to send PCC along with the application.I'm from India and I got them from the Indian consulate.I went there and told them that I need police clearance certificate to apply for canadian Immigration. They charge you I believe $20 or $30 and take 3-4 weeks to get it.U also need to send FBI fingerprinting cards for which u need to write to FBI per check list they will send u finger printing cards get ur finger prints done at ur local police station and send it.

Regards,
