I would appreciate help identifying the NOC code for my job. The position is Jr System Administrator. I believe it is more tailored to NOC 21222 than NOC 21232 or NOC 21230
Job Responsibilites
1. Maintain company servers and network, as well as equipment at regional offices
and remote locations.
2. Maintain Mobile Device Management Server and associate mobile devices
3. Monitor and perform daily back-ups.
4. Source, purchase and maintain all computer equipment, including maintaining an
inventory list.
5. Configure, maintain and troubleshoot TCP/IP networks, including routers,
switches, wireless access points (WAPs), and other networking equipment.
6. Provide technical support to internal and external users. Organize group training
or technical support documents, as necessary.
7. Provide reports of system usage at a network, business, and user level, as
required.
8. Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for a variety of technology,
including server and network use, problematic user issues, back-up procedures,
etc.
9. Investigate and provide quotes for potential IT projects, as required.
10. Assist in the implementation, deployment and management of new hardware,
software or other projects
11. Maintain telephone and related equipment (with assistance from technology
vendors and specific providers), as required.
12. Maintain a Service Desk ticketing system for managing issues, projects and other
requests from users.
13. Off-site support to Field Staff, satellite offices, and other properties affiliated with
Skyline.
14. All other duties as required
