I am currently working as a recruiter (NOC B- 1223) for a recruiting company and was referred to a new opportunity within my company by manager who thinks that it aligns with my strengths and skillsets.

Basically, I would be a coordinator focusing on job advertisements, strategies and plans to ensure that our ads are doing well. I will also be working with the whole company regarding ROI, numbers as well as monitoring and advising on progress.

I was trying to find the NOC code for this kind of role but wasn't too sure. Some of the job duties fall under this category: https://noc.esdc.gc.ca/Structure/NocProfile?objectid=WnYeHCpAXoOmZw/xJQd4+C3H46ojEM0TZJQaz81DuqQl8ybWuLGkBMIxADgR6kKE7rhdQhx5Vj8k5odVm3MYzHOEDupPm0gzqnJy4uG7CbY= and if that is 100% the case, it will not qualify me for PR under the CEC.

On the other hand, there are some duties that also fall under this category: https://noc.esdc.gc.ca/Structure/NocProfile?objectid=vnXjPp9WeVtIDAqHxJvf7X7E12lq1YHl8NKaOJ3JBcK6ZgzrPI4Ut8ZQZB7EcMx+ihim60HDu+9PFhbP+jcbSf8rhmCe8WgDSUKyMep9lZw= which is considered NOC A. However, given that I am working for a recruitment agency, could this position still fall under the above link?

How would it work if my job duties fall under both different kinds of NOC category?

I would appreciate if I could get some insight on this, thank you!

You have to make sure that the JD in the work reference letter substantially match the JDs of the NOC selected and also the lead statement. Here substantial means 75% or more. This is they key to finding correct NOC.
