Need Help! I am unable to provide reference letters for AINP

Hi there,
I was a international student. After completing two years diploma, I got a three-year temporary work permit. Currently, I have got a job that allows me to be eligible to apply AINP-International Graduate Category. This job is my first full time job, I cannot provide a reference letters from PREVIOUS employers. I don't know what to do.

Here are the requirements I copied from Checklist.
ƒƒWork-related reference letters from previous employers related to the job.
ƒƒMust be signed by the employer, dated and on company letterhead and include:
• Job title
• Main duties and education required for the job
• Period worked

I was also in your dilemma when I applied AINP. I sent several emails to my previous employer and yet she is not willing to give. What I did, I submitted my Records of Employment from Service Canada. I attached a letter of explanation why I don't have Reference letter (attached also the email communication I had with my previous employer) and enumerated my duties and responsibilities.
