need help how to obtain my POE letter of introduction

I have recieve my passport last june 16 tru aramex from CIC abu dhabi with visa affixed to it and a letter stating that my work permit has been approve,but until now i did not recieve my Letter of Introduction from the CIC office which is to be send to my Email add.I already send an enquiry to cic regarding to my concern.please I need some advise.
