Hi,
My work permit and visa expired and I am on implied status. now I have a Lmo and job offer and applied for work permit online.
My question is when I can apply for a temporary resident visa. Please guide me.

You have to wait for the results of your wp application? When did you apply online? They will based your reentry visa based on your new work permit expiry.

You're on implied status if you apply before your old wp expired. If not you have to pay restoration fee.

Hi,

I have applied for work permit on 19th April. But I have applied for the extension of work permit by march 7th. when I get my work permit what I have to do and how to apply and where to apply for the visa.
Or If they refused my work permit, then what I have to do.
