Need Help from Seniors

Guys,

I am the permanent resident here in Canada now applying for TRV for my parents. They are old and cannot use computer so is it possible that I will apply online from here on their behalf as a representative? I will use my credit card to pay their fees.

Also, how it works, do I need to fill the required forms and then scan and upload it, what about their pictures? and how will biometric work?

Please advise.

We did not use online in applying visitor visas for my in-laws. Instead, we filled in the paper applications and mail the necessary forms and supporting document to them. When they received them in their home country, I will tell them to forward them, copies of their documents and fee to the Visitor Application Centre near them.
