Need help from SAP consultants for reference letter (FSW - 2171 NOC)

Hi

Can any SAP functional consultant who has applied under the code 2171 help me with my reference letters. I prepared the reference letters and my agent says it is not matching the keywords mentioned under 2171. Can some one help me review my reference letters. The things the needs to be reviewed is mostly based on the responsibilities carried out by an SAP functional consultant
