Need help for wrongly checked IMM5443 checklist inland spousal sponrsorship

Hello friends,

Sorry to bother you again...but I made a big mistake for my submitted inland spousal sponsorship..
in IMM5443 checklist, i put a check on the 'proof of income for sponsor 2. 'if you are sponsoring a spouse or....who have dependent children of their own...'

I wrongly checked it... my hubby is sponsoring me, and we dont have any child now. We But we atteched the paychecks from my hubby's company and checked this slot....
we shouldnt' have checked this slot right?

The files have already been sent out. When i hurried to canada post, they said that my package was already sent out...
I called cic but it seems that no options fit my situation.
What should I do now? >,< any help pls...

there's nothing to do at this point, and there's no reason to freak out.

i had many mistakes and unchecked boxes on my application (even blank answers), and it wasn't an issue. either they will realize the mistake by the answers provided in the rest of the application, or they will ask you to fill out a new form. it's not something to get stressed about. just wait until cic tells you it's a problem before you assume it is one.

I am just wondering , given that the 'old application kit' will no longer be accepted after Jan 31, 2017...if CIC returned our applciation after Jan 31,2017 for correct info on IMM5443, will that mean I cannot submit the old kit and the IMM5443 anymore?

it is highly unlikely they will return your entire application because of a box was mistakenly checked. they do not go through the application in that much detail to send an AOR or put an application in queue. they only check for the correct forms and signatures. more than likely, if they find the mistake, it won't happen until much later in the process and if they have a concern they will most likely only ask you to redo that one form, and it would need to be the latest version. this doesn't mean you'll have to redo the whole package. it just means you may need to redo one form - if they even ask you for it.
