Need Help for US visitor Visa

Hi

I was wondering if somebody knows how to apply for US visitor visa. I am on 3 year post grad work permit. Is it safe to apply for it now? Because I have heard it's better to apply for it when you are on student visa?

Any idea? Anyone? I also wanted to know how to apply for it.

The US embassy website has all the information on how to apply for a US visa. Your chances of getting a visa depend on your profile. You have to convince the US VO that you are a genuine visitor, just like you had to convince the Canadian VO that you were a genuine student.
