I applied for student visa for Canada from Pakistan through the non sds category? According to my consultant i had a very strong application and i even paid the first semesters fees on the 23rd of august.
I applied on the 13th of july with bio metrics on the 19th. Its been roughly 6 weeks(which was the processing time when i applied), i haven't got a medical request yet. I got accepted into uoft and i dont want to pass on this chance.
Does anyone know of any way i got help to speed up process as today is the 1st of September, my classes begin on the 6th, the uni has allowed me to join until the 19th. Even though im very disappointed i still have a hope that my Allah would help me.
could anyone suggest anything i could do.

No way to expedite (everyone wants faster processing) and you haven’t passed processing times as of today. Having a strong profile doesn’t move things along. Raise a webform is all you can do. Assume you have secured accommodations because housing is brutal in Canada. Have you even done the medical because that will take weeks.

No, I haven't got my medical done. I talked to someone abt they said they'll get it done in 2 days of me getting the request.

You still need to do the medical with an IRCC approved panel physician. Can you even get an appointment within the month? You could have done an upfront medical weeks ago. Not sure a medical can be completed, downloaded and approved within a few weeks. You have a consultant so they should know that.

biometrics were done on the 19th of july, as for the medical, idk what to do should i aim for the next semester then?

Have you even contacted an IRCC panel physician and find out the earliest dates to get a medical? Book an appointment. Does the program have a Winter 2023 start date or just once a year? Will you lose accommodations with deferral? Will you lose tuition? Need to look up U of T policies.

Well I had this talk with the university. They said my tution would be transfered towards the winter intake in 2024, But i would lose my accommodation. As for the medcial i was adviced by my consultant to wait for te medical requests before looking for an appointment.

Should have done an upfront medical and booked yourself. May have saved you time. You will have to wait for request. There are only 3 panel physicians in Pakistan. Maybe you will get lucky and get all this done in a couple of weeks but plan to defer and start looking for a place to live for January.

Will this visa be valid for the next semester ? or do i have to apply a new one
If you plan to defer, you will need a new LOA for next semester. Upload via webform. You will not need to apply for a new permit unless you get a refusal.
