Need Help for Quebec on urgent basis

HI,

I Need a help for Quebec as after counting my points comes to only 50 so can you please guide me which way to process for the remaining points as well as i am doing french A1 & i am married.

Please guide on urgent basis.

It seems you are applying with family and not alone, so till 31st July 2013 the rule says that you should have at first stage, i.e., before adding kids and funds, you should have at least (minimum) 50 points or more (your age, area of training, language scores, education degree, work experience, quebec study/exp points, job offer, etc.) and second stage says after adding kids, funds points, etc. you should have at least 57 so that you can stand in line and wait for the interview and third stage of points is 63 points cuz this made a QSW with family eligible for CSQ (these 6 points are in interviewer's hands, called adaptability points which makes 63 if you are not scoring 63 points on your own, i.e., through your education, french, funds, kids etc.). And right now you are standing on the thread as the 31st July is just behind you. Now rules are going to change and gonna hit hard as we all have seen the first half of the movie, i.e., French Langue scores, they need B2, it means they need fluent French homme/dame. Give details so that someone can tell you how many points you have.

Education 8 points (for BBA).
training 12 points
experience 8 points
Age 16 points
English 2points
wife age 3 points
fund 1points
wife study 1 point

total comes as 51 now i have completed distance in MBA (external) will it be counted.

is there any ways that we can completed B1 very fast ?

what is the duration of your BBA and from where u have completed your BBA?

By the pre-August rules (old), the first stage points, you have 49 points and lets say cross the first stage points, i.e., 50 then you dont reach 57 which is required to stand in line for interview. I am sorry friend, you are not eligible, its of no use filing your application and just keep on waiting. B1 level is of no use even you use the fastest track it will cross 31st july. B1 level is of no use now cuz it wont give you any single point. If you dont know French at all then in Alliance Francaise to complete B2 (intensive course), you need at least 3 to 3-1/2 years and in Alliance Francaise De Delhi, they provide one to one personal teacher class (check their website) at your home but the fees is somewhere around 2000+ rupees an hour so it will be very costly for anybody. If you are not 35, and you have time to reach 35, i mean 4 or 5 years then go systematically, plan your immigration program, that first you and your wife learn French and achieve the target and then apply or if your occupation is in the FSW, then too improve french and english, but in FSW you have to show lot of funds. Anyhow, All the best. Feel free to post your doubts.

NOW PAULINE MAROIS PARTY, PARTI QUBECOIS has made a strict rule for french language that if you dont have 63 points without french then they wont bother to pick your file if you dont have 16 or 12 area of training points, cuz they will take 6600 immigrants max from Asia in 2013-14 year.

By the way what is your profession, as you added 12 points as area of training and i dont think so BBA-related occupation offer 12 points in the area of training, i could be wrong.

My duration of BBA is 9 years of completion. I have completed in 2004.

I occupation is Accountant. I am having 8 years of working experience.I think that if my Post graduate Diploma in Business Administration is counted then it will come better & it is through distance learning.

DISTANCE EDUCATION DOES NOT FETCH ANY POINTS...ONLY REGULAR COLLEGE GOING STUDIES....though you better discuss this case with a consultant.
