Need help for my Returned Application

My PR Application was returned by CIC as i attached regular cheque instead of certified one. Anyways i am attaching a bank draft and sending them back.

1) My query is if i should fill all appliaction forms again or should i send the old forms to CIC as all my documents have CIC stamp dating back to 22 july on it.

2) Also want to know if they will consider my appliaction as a new one or not.

1) Check to see if any of the forms have been updated by CIC since you completed them. If so, you'll need to complete the new version.
2) It will be treated as a new application.

When did you originally sent the application and when did you get it returned?

Buddy,

1. How much time did they take to return your file?
2. May be God has given you the extra chance to thoroughly review ur file....Look at it 2 times to make sure that all small things has been take care of like:
a) Forms are up to date.
b) reference letters are not old
c) PCC is not old
d) draft is OK
e) Photos are not old etc etc.....

Thank you friends for your response.. My application had checkmarks (ticks) across the forms and it seems they checked the forms thoroughly.

Assuming that all my forms were thoroughly checked as their cover letter mentioned only about the incorrect payment method and nothing about Forms/Photos/Reference Letters, missing docs etc.

If you don't see any other note on your forms then you should be good with the new draft. Make sure you attached the draft or certified cheque.
