Dear All..I am getting 402 score in EE table. My brother is living in Ontario..He is PR there... I want to come to Canada.. Please help me to know what are options for me..I tried to explore as much as possible, but I did not find any option for me. I am married, 38, dentist.

Your brother cannot sponsor you unless he is unmarried/no common law or conjugal partner, with no kids, no living parents/grandparents and does not have any other family member in Canada.kunalepc said:

Correct.
You should work on improving your score instead. Note that if you get a job offer or a provincial nomination, it's an automatic extra 600 points. It looks like you should aim for at least 480 to have any chance of getting approved.
