Need help for arrima portal

Please help! I can not log in Arrima portal 3 weeks recently to finish Expression of Interest (EOI) to Immigrate to Quebec? Anybody knows email address that i can ask to solve this problem?

How do I go incognito?
You can also use a keyboard shortcut to open an Incognito window:

1. Windows, Linux, or Chrome OS: Press Ctrl + Shift + n.
2. Mac: Press ⌘ + Shift + n.
