Need help for applying PR application!

Hello,

I am working in Canada from Jan 2012 on wards with work permit. I have a valid work permit up to Jan 2015. This July month end i am permanently relocating to India because of some personal reasons. I am planning to apply PR application for myself and dependents under Canadian Experience Class category from India. Can i submit my PR application to CIC India office or CIC Canada office? Please advise.

I heard that once we receive the file number for PR application, can we take upfront medicals for myself and dependents?
We are planning for second baby, once we will go to India. If my wife is pregnant, panel doctor don't complete the medicals until delivery. My total PR application will be on hold until delivery. I don't want delay in my PR process because of pregnancy. Please advise, how can i proceed?

Can i apply PR myself only from India with out including dependents in PR application and also complete medicals once i receive medicals letter from CIC for myself only. Once i will get PR, i will come back to Canada and then sponsor my dependents including new baby. Please advise.

Your CEC applications has to be mailed to the Sydney office as indicated in the instructions from CIC. And the office
that goes into the IMM0008 form is CPC-Ottawa, as all CEC applications are being processed at that office.

The medical test results are only valid for 12 months, so it is NOT recommended to undergo the medicals right after receiving
the AOR. Wait for at least 3-4 months before undergoing the medical exams. Medicals have to be completed, there's no way around it.

Why would you do that? That doesn't make sense?

Not just doesn't make sense...Also, you MUST include your dependents if you want to bring them with you latter on, if you don't include them in your original application, you can't apply for them latter
