i am an Indian married to a Srilankan who has a canadian PR. He has applied for my sponsorship and my file has moved to the Delhi visa office.
We submitted all my medical, police certificate and marriage certificate during the start of our process. i got an acknowledgment mail from the delhi visa office about my file and they had given a UCI number for me with our file number. my spouse was able to see the status with his UCI number ( it says "IN PROCESS).
my query is i am not able to track my file using my UCI nor file number, secondly i still dint get any update about our file its been 6 months now.
my spouse and i are very worried if we have missed out on any step :-[ :-[ :-[
can some one please guide me on the processing time taken for indian spouse, and is it appropriate to mail the delhi visa office to know about my file status.
